The findings of this research will contribute to the creation of an Annual Assessment of the state of the enabling environment and capacity of civil society in the Western Balkans and Turkey, in line with the Guidelines for EU Support in the Enlargement Region, within the EU TACSO 3 project, funded by the European Union.
